Introduction: COVID-19 is a respiratory disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. The types of vaccines have been distinguished, ie vector viral vaccines, mRNA, subunit vaccines. These include traditional approaches - inactivated, live-attenuated and protein / adjuvant-based, as well novel, yet unlicensed vectors nucleic acids. There are scientific publications showing safety possible side effects from various companies.
 Purpose work : Analysis on basis published PubMed platform. Publications in last 12 months. adverse were assessed course clinical trials.
 Results: Among main so far mild moderate pain at injection site, redness, hives rash. Allergic reactions to apart pronounced local (> 10 cm) site very rare usually vaccine's allergy components vaccine. In addition, there may be swelling or tenderness lymph nodes armpit, headache, muscles joints, nausea vomiting.
 Conclusions: Regardless concern, these characterized similar mild, systemic effects, which indicates similarity Severe occur extreme cases. More patients only experienced after second dose.
